Proof of Payment

For all orders that are not automatically processed, a valid proof of payment must be emailed to us so that we can process the order during business hours. Proof of payments are only accepted if they're generated and sent to us directly from your bank/internet banking. Below is a guide on how to send proof of payment from your internet banking, if you did not opt to do so on payment:

ABSA

  1. Log into internet banking
  2. Using the main menu, either navigate to:
    • Payments -> View beneficiaries -> Main, if you added PrepaidGamer as a beneficiary, or
    • Payments -> View once-off, if you made a once-off payment
  3. Select the payment to PrepaidGamer from the drop down menu and click "View"
  4. On the next page, enter the following details:
    • Check the "Resend Notice of this Payment(s) to beneficiary?" checkbox
    • Send it to: Email
    • E-mail Address: sales@prepaidgamer.com
    • Recipient name: prepaidgamer - ORD-12345 (replace "ORD-12345" with your order number)
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Ensure the details displayed are correct and click "Resend"

FNB - Desktop

  1. Log into internet banking
  2. Click on the "Pay" or "Payments" tab at the top of your screen
  3. On the left-hand side of the Payments screen click on "Payment History"
  4. Locate the payment to PrepaidGamer and then:
    • Click the "Send" link, and enter the following details:
      • Method: Email
      • Email address: sales@prepaidgamer.com
      • Subject: Payment Notification - ORD-12345 (replace "ORD-12345" with your order number)
    • Click "Send"
    • Ensure the details displayed are correct and then click "Confirm"

FNB - App/Mobile Website

  1. Log into the app or mobile banking website
  2. Tap on the "Payments" link from the menu
  3. Tap on the "History" link
  4. Locate the payment to PrepaidGamer and then:
    • Tap on the right-arrow ">" of the payment line (do not tap on the main details). Then tap on "Send Proof":
      • Method: Email
      • Email address: sales@prepaidgamer.com
    • Tap "Send" and complete the proof of payment notification send

Nedbank

  1. Log into internet banking
  2. Using the main menu, navigate to Payments -> Beneficiary Payment History
  3. Select the necessary parameters from Beneficiary list and Beneficiary to display payments to PrepaidGamer
  4. Select the appropriate payment:
    • Request the proof of payment emailed to sales@prepaidgamer.com

Standard Bank

  1. Log into the old internet banking site: https://www.encrypt.standardbank.co.za/
  2. Click on "Payments" from the main menu, and then "Transaction history" from the sub-menu
  3. Select the necessary parameters to display payments to PrepaidGamer and click "View"
  4. Locate the payment to PrepaidGamer, and under "Payment confirmation" click "View"
  5. On the next page, enter the following details:
    • Payment confirmation method: E-mail
    • Check the "Send payment confirmation" checkbox
    • Recipient name: prepaidgamer - ORD-12345 (replace "ORD-12345" with your order number)
    • Recipient address: sales@prepaidgamer.com
  6. Click "Send payment confirmation"
  7. Ensure the details displayed are correct and then click "Confirm"
