Proof of Payment

For all orders that are not automatically processed, a valid proof of payment must be emailed to us so that we can process the order during business hours. Proof of payments are only accepted if they're generated and sent to us directly from your bank/internet banking. Below is a guide on how to send proof of payment from your internet banking, if you did not opt to do so on payment:

ABSA - Desktop

  1. Log into internet banking in a web browser
  2. Using the main menu, either navigate to:
    • Payments -> My beneficiaries - new and existing -> Manage beneficiary or group, if you added PrepaidGamer.com as a beneficiary, or
    • Payments -> Once-off Payment -> Previous once-off payments, if you made a once-off payment
  3. Under "Actions", click the "Resend payment notification" icon for the payment made to PrepaidGamer.com (if you have us as a beneficiary, click the icon next to the saved beneficiary to get the payment list):
  4. On the pop-up, enter the following details:
    • Set "Send beneficiary notice of payment by" to Email
    • E-mail Address: pop@prepaidgamer.com
    • Recipient name: PrepaidGamer.com - 12345 (replace "12345" with your order number)
  5. Ensure the details displayed are correct and click "Resend"

ABSA - App

This will only work if you saved us as a beneficiary. If not, please use the "Desktop" steps above in a web browser.

  1. Log into the app
  2. Tap on "Menu" in the bottom right
  3. Tap on "Beneficiaries"
  4. Locate the beneficiary created for PrepaidGamer.com
  5. Under "Recent Transactions", tap on the related payment that was made to us
  6. Tap on "Payment Notification" and change it to "Email":
    • Set the e-mail address to: pop@prepaidgamer.com
    • Tap "Done"
  7. Tap on the "Send notice of payment" button to send the proof of payment

Capitec - Desktop

  1. Log into internet banking via a web browser
  2. Click on "Go to the payments menu" under the I want to options
  3. Click on "Go to payment history" under the I want to options
  4. Enter in details into the filter provided to locate the payment to PrepaidGamer.com, and then click "View payment search results" under the I want to options
  5. Make sure the correct payment is selected from the results, and then click on "Resend payment notification" under the I want to options
  6. Under Payment notification, enter the following details:
    • Method: Email
    • Email address: pop@prepaidgamer.com
  7. Click on "Send proof of payment to beneficiary" under the I want to options

Capitec - App/Mobile Website

  1. Log into the app
  2. Tap on the "Transact" button from the menu
  3. Tap on the "Payments" button from the sub-menu
  4. Locate and tap on the beneficiary you created for PrepaidGamer.com
  5. Locate the payment in question from the payment history and tap on it to open it up
  6. On the top right of the screen, tap on the menu button "="
  7. Tap on the "Resend Notification" button, and enter the following details:
    • Method: Email
    • Email address: pop@prepaidgamer.com
    • Cover Note: Order 12345 (replace "12345" with your order number)
  8. Tap on "Notify" to send the proof of payment

FNB - Desktop

  1. Log into internet banking
  2. Click on the "Pay" or "Payments" tab at the top of your screen
  3. Click on the "History" option in the top-left menu.
  4. Locate the payment to PrepaidGamer.com and then:
    • Click the "Send" link, and enter the following details:
      • Notification Method: Email
      • Email address: pop@prepaidgamer.com
      • Addressed to: ORD-12345 (replace "12345" with your order number)
    • Click "Send"
    • Ensure the details displayed are correct and then click "Confirm"

FNB - App/Mobile Website

  1. Log into the app or mobile banking website
  2. Tap on the "Payments" link from the menu
  3. Tap on the "History" link
  4. Locate the payment to PrepaidGamer.com and then:
    • Tap on the right-arrow ">" of the payment line (do not tap on the main details). Then tap on "Send Proof":
      • Method: Email
      • Email address: pop@prepaidgamer.com
    • Tap "Send" and complete the proof of payment notification send

Nedbank - Desktop PC/Mac (Old Internet Banking)

  1. Log into the old internet banking over here: https://netbank.nedsecure.co.za/default.aspx
  2. Go to "Enquiries" then "Search for transactions*new" from the top menu once logged in
  3. Choose the "Payments" radio box and then the "Account" you paid from. Then enter in the date range for the payment, and then click "Search"
  4. The payment to us should show. Select that row with the checkbox.
  5. Set the "Payment notification" as "Email", then enter pop@prepaidgamer.com under "Payment notification details" for that row
  6. Then click the "Send selected payment notification" button. You should get a red message saying "Payment notification has been sent."

Nedbank - Desktop PC/Mac - Saved Beneficiary (New Internet Banking)

  1. Log into the new internet banking over here: https://secured.nedbank.co.za/#/login
  2. Click on "Recipients" in the top menu, and then manage Recipients
  3. Locate the recipient profile you created for PrepaidGamer.com and click on it
  4. Locate the payment you made under "Last payments" and click on "Share proof of payment" for that payment
  5. Set the "How would you like to share this?" to "Email"
  6. Enter in pop@prepaidgamer.com and click on "Send"

Nedbank - Desktop PC/Mac - Once Off (New Internet Banking)

  1. Log into the new internet banking over here: https://secured.nedbank.co.za/#/login
  2. Click on "Pay" in the top menu
  3. Locate the payment you made to PrepaidGamer.com under "Your recent payments" and click on it to expand the details
  4. Click on "Share proof of payment" for that payment
  5. Set the "How would you like to share this?" to "Email"
  6. Enter in pop@prepaidgamer.com and click on "Send"

Nedbank - Money App

  1. Log into the Nedbank Money App on your mobile device
  2. At the bottom right, there's an option called "Recipients". Tap on that
  3. Locate the recipient profile you created for PrepaidGamer.com and tap on it
  4. When viewing your recipient details, tap on the "History" option
  5. Locate the payment you made and tap on it
  6. At the bottom of the payment details there's an option called "Share proof of payment". Tap on this option.
  7. Set the "How would you like to share this?" to "Email"
  8. Enter in pop@prepaidgamer.com and tap on "Share"

Standard Bank - Desktop PC/Mac

  1. Open a web browser on a PC/Mac and go to: https://onlinebanking.standardbank.co.za/
  2. Log into your account and then click on "Transact" from the top menu, and then click on "Proof of Payment" under "History"
  3. Locate the payment to PrepaidGamer.com and click on it. It will slide open, and show a link called "Proof of Payment". Click on this link to open up the proof of payment options.
  4. Near the top right you'll see the links: Download, Print or Send. Click on "Send".
  5. Enter the following details in the pop-up:
    • Payment notification method: E-mail
    • Recipient name: PrepaidGamer.com - 12345 (replace "12345" with your order number)
    • Recipient email address: pop@prepaidgamer.com
  6. Click "Send"

Standard Bank - Mobile Users

The Standard Bank APP currently does not support sending Proof of Payments. Therefore, please open up a web browser on your phone and follow the below steps:

  1. Open a web browser on your mobile and go to: https://onlinebanking.standardbank.co.za/
  2. Log into your account and then tap "Menu" on the top left, and then tap on "Transact".
  3. Tap on "History" from the main menu listing, and then tap on "Proof of Payment".
  4. Locate the payment to PrepaidGamer.com and tap on it. It will slide open, and show a link called "Proof of Payment". Tap on this link to open up the proof of payment options.
  5. Near the top right you'll see the links: Download, Print or Send. Click on "Send".
  6. Enter the following details in the pop-up:
    • Payment notification method: E-mail
    • Recipient name: PrepaidGamer.com - 12345 (replace "12345" with your order number)
    • Recipient email address: pop@prepaidgamer.com
  7. Click "Send"
